Damaged Items and Exchanges

Note that all purchases purchased with a promotional code and sale items are final sale.

No refunds: exchange or gift card.

Exchanges can be made by mail or in person at the store.

For exchanges by post, you must have obtained authorization from the store, within a maximum of 7 days following the delivery of the items to your home.

To do so, please contact us by email at info@lepetitcocon.com with the following information:

1) First name and full name

2) Phone number

3) Invoice number or copy of your invoice

4) Description of the item to be returned

5) Reason for exchange

- The shipping of items to be returned to the store is at your expense.

- The delivery costs paid during your initial order are not refundable under any circumstances.

- The merchandise must be in its original packaging and in new condition (unused, unwashed, unworn).

- The following items are also excluded from our return policy for hygienic reasons: pacifier, teether, nasal aspirator, any other hygiene or sanitary product (eg breast pump, menstrual cup, nursing pad, etc.).

- The shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during returns. Any return is at your expense and risk.

- Once your items have been received at the store, they will be inspected. If the return is accepted, you will be credited on a gift card within 7 days.

- If you want to exchange the article, you must pay the transport costs of your return and the new article - or you can come and see us in store.

- If it is not possible for you to meet any of the deadlines mentioned above, contact us by phone at (450) 741-6849 and we will be happy to discuss alternative options with you in order to accommodate you.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

- If by misfortune you receive a damaged or defective item, we ask that you contact us upon receipt of your order by phone at (450) 741-6849 or by email at info@lepetitcocon.com.

In this case, the shipping costs for the return are covered by the store.
