Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
- Shipping is free for orders over $100 (before taxes) in Canada, except for remote areas. For orders under $100, shipping is possible with a fixed fee of $10 without signature and $13 with a signature upon delivery.
*- For packages without signature we will not be held responsible for possible theft at your door. For packages with signature, make sure someone is present to receive them.
- For more remote areas of Canada (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland/Labrador, Alberta, Manitoba, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan) as well as the United States shipping is possible with a fixed fee of $20.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered during your purchase is complete and does not contain errors or typos. In the event that the package is returned to us, the return delivery will be at your expense. If you require a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted.
- Once the order process is completed online, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive an email which will confirm the shipment of your items as well as the associated tracking number. - If you prefer to collect the items in person at the store, you can select the appropriate option during the online ordering process. When the order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email inviting you to come to the store.
- During each of your orders, it is possible to leave us a comment in order to share any relevant information with us. (ex: Little birthday note for a package sent to an address different from yours)
- Additional delivery costs may be added later to your order if the items ordered require a high sum of money during shipping due to large dimensions and/or heavy weight. Subsequent charges may also apply if the store must make multiple shipments for the same order.
